JANET SANFORD - ERA WEBBER

  Janet is a Broker at ERA Webber in Brigham City and has been a licensed Realtor for 14 years.  She has attained educational designations in ABR, CRS, and GRI.  She has completed the Coldwell Banker Fast Start and ERA Acceleration programs.

Janet and her husband Bob live in Brigham City.  They are the parents of 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

"I am just finishing a 1 year term as secretary for the Board.  The first several months I didn't feel like I could contribute that much because I was still being brought up to speed.  i think the position of secretary should be a 2 year term so that they can be more productive."

 Karen is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Tugaw Realtors in Brigham City and has been a licensed Realtor for 14 years.  She has attained education designations in GRI, ABR, ane E-Pro.  She specializes in Single-family Brokerage, Commercial Brokerage and Farm and Land Brokerage.  She is a 'Fair Share' Contributor to RPAC.

Karen in a member of the Brigham-Tremonton Board of Realtors where she has served as President-Elect, Past President and President of the Board in 2003-2004. She has served for 6 years as a director, 1 year as secretary.  She is also a UARHOF Trustee 2003-2009 with the Utah Association of Realtors.

She is a member of Women In Business - Past-President Business Women of The Year 2003.   She is a member of the Brigham City Chamber of Commerce and has served as their Director and is a member of Ambassadors. Karen has also served as a board member for the Habitat for Humanity and has served with Business Network International.

Karen and her husband Keith live in Brigham City.  They are parents of 4 children.

"I believe the Board is at a crossroads and I would like the privilige to have a ring side seat.  I understand that new people are great, but I also think that previous experience is also vital.  I would be honored to serve the Brigham-Tremonton Board for the next 3 years as a director".

 AMY CALL - COLDWELL BANKER TUGAW REALTORS/BRIGHAM CITY

Amy has been a licensed Realtor for three years and is an agent with Coldwell Banker Tugaw Realtors in Brigham City.  She is an active member of the Brigham Tremonton Board of Realtors.

She has completed four years of college and holds a Bachelor degree.

She specializes in Single-family Brokerage and is a 'Fair Share' RPAC contributor.

Amy and her husband Jeremy live in Honeyville with their two children.
