Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR)
The SFR certification program provides training and support that helps real estate professionals specializing in short sales and foreclosures build confidence and become a trusted resource for their clients. REALTORS® specializing in the distressed property market have the opportunity to earn the Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) certification.
 Graduate REALTORS® Institute Designation (GRI)
GRI Designation as explained on NAR website.  A very thorough overview of what GRI is and why to obtain this designation. 
GRI Designation as explained on UAR website.  This is organized as a list of courses with their descriptions.  Also check out the UAR schedule of GRI training statewide.

 e-PRO Certified
The e-PRO course is the fastest growing certification offered through the National Association of REALTORS® and is the only Technology Certification Program approved by the NAR.
e-Pro Certification as explained on the UAR website. If you go to the e-Pro Training site there are two video clips (8 minutes/20 minutes) explaining the program. 

 Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS)
Their mission is to attract and retain those Realtors® seeking the knowledge, tools and relationship-building opportunities needed to maximize their income and professionalism in real estate. To enhance professional competency by providing superior educational opportunities.
CRS Designation as explained on the UTAHCRS website.  Regional training opportunities are listed on the Utah CRS website.  
It appears that most of the courses can be completed online here is a list of courses on the National CRS website.
 
There are monthly networking breakfasts/presentations scheduled in Odgen (every other month) and in Sandy (every month).  The Ogden breakfasts/presentations are listed on the Community Calendar.
